Our production range covers the needs of manufacturers of asphalt plants, mobile and stationary. Our fans are successfully applied in burners, drying and filtration systems. Tailor-made solutions for burners are designed in cooperation with the customer, considering the spaces available and the aesthetic shapes needed for the impeller containment box. For burners, flanged motors are normally used, therefore solutions with reinforced casing are needed to guarantee reliability and long life. Drying is a key process and, in relation to the characteristics of the raw materials, it may be necessary to use impellers made of highly hard and abrasion-resistant materials. Most of our fans serving this sector are applied in the filtration system and are appreciated by the major manufacturers of these systems. Elevated temperatures in combination with acidic atmospheres and possible condensation risks may sometimes require the use of special materials such as Corten or stainless steel. With the aim of improving the surface resistance and avoiding corrosion phenomena, dedicated painting cycles are available.
Our fans are also used in cement and lime production plants. Also, in this type of systems we find the combustion air, heated which must be recirculated, extracted and finally filtered. Our products find application in all the processes just mentioned. In addition, for lime production plants, our fans are at the service of hydration and gas extraction systems at elevated temperatures that can reach up to 450 ° C.
