All of our centrifugal fans are produced in carbon steel which is protected from corrosion by painting for cataphoresis with two-component polyurethane enamel RAL 7045.
The standard arrangements for direct coupled fans are:
• Arrangement 4: Direct coupling. The impeller is connected directly on the shaft of the B3 mounted motor that is supported by the pedestal. Maximum air temperature 100°C. With cooling fan up to 220°C.
• Arrangement 5: Direct coupling. The impeller set directly on the shaft of the B5 mounted motor supported by a disc fixed on the side of the case.
• Arrangement 8: Joint coupling. The fan has a support and motor mounted on a chair outside the air circuit. Maximum air temperature 100°C. With cooling fan up to 300°C.
Our standard motors of 2, 4, 6 poles with high efficiency three-phase power supply 230/400V 50Hz up to size 132 and 400/690V 50Hz for larger sizes. Degree of protection IP55, class F.
On request we are able to offer the following:

ES is structured with a special case and is suitable upto 40 degrees C.

ET
Roof fan, up to 8.5m3/s flow and up to 30mmwg pressure.
Fan is constructed with a square based plate, fibre glass cowl in arrangement 4. Maximum temperature 40 degrees C.
EK/EQ/EP
Up to 2.8m3/s flow and up to 20mmwg pressure, suitable up to 40degrees C.
EK has a motor supported by inlet screen and in arrangement 5.
EQ has a motor supported by brackets in arrangement 5.
EP has a motor supported by brackets with a plastic impeller in arrangement 5.
EFR
Up to 13m3/s flow and up to 200mmwg pressure in arrangement 5 and suitable up to 40 degrees C.
ES/EF Gold Range with Steel hub
Up to 90m3/s flow
Up to 150mmwg pressure
ES is structured with a special case and is suitable upto 40 degrees C.
ES and EF in arrangement 4.
EFR Gold range with steel hub
Up to 60m3/s flow and up to 300mmwg pressure in arrangement 5 and suitable up to 40 degrees C.
