All of our centrifugal fans are produced in carbon steel which is protected from corrosion by painting for cataphoresis with two-component polyurethane enamel RAL 7045.
The standard arrangements for direct coupled fans are:
• Arrangement 4: Direct coupling. The impeller is connected directly on the shaft of the B3 mounted motor that is supported by the pedestal. Maximum air temperature 100°C. With cooling fan up to 220°C.
• Arrangement 5: Direct coupling. The impeller set directly on the shaft of the B5 mounted motor supported by a disc fixed on the side of the case.
• Arrangement 8: Joint coupling. The fan has a support and motor mounted on a chair outside the air circuit. Maximum air temperature 100°C. With cooling fan up to 300°C

Our standard motors of 2, 4, 6 poles with high efficiency three-phase power supply 230/400V 50Hz up to size 132 and 400/690V 50Hz for larger sizes. Degree of protection IP55, class F.

Industrial fan/ industrial blower: For the pneumatic conveyance of dust laden air, with the exclusion of fibrous materials.

Impellers with backward curved blades.

Suitable for pneumatic conveyance of air, including sawdust and short wooden chips; it is characterized by high efficiency.

Particularly used in drying systems, forced draughts, glassworks, mill and marble industries. This series is particularly suitable for the glassworks industry and used as combustion air and cooling fans for the furnace area, exhaust fans, recovery systems, and recirculation fans during the process of forming the glass as well as mould cooling and air staging. The furnace is required to be equipped with proper cooling and combustion equipment whilst exhausts and fresh air are necessary to provide for the comfort of operators. The process of glass production uses fans for tempering of glass. To complete a specific set of surface properties, it needs the high-temperature sheets of glass and metal to be exposed to high-velocity ambient air from glass blowers. During a part of the continuous operation, the air is typically filtered and directed onto the hot surface. There are numerous steps of air jets which are directed at the quenched surface as long as the requisite surface temperature is accomplished. As the air is a poor heat transfer medium, the air-quench tempering blowers can considerably demand the air and horsepower. Therefore, the highest efficiency metal or glass tempering blowers are applied for this application.

FQ-N
Specifications:     V = 0,2 ÷ 60 m3/s     Pt = 700 ÷ 8000 Pa

Industrial fan/ industrial blower: For the coveyance of clean light dusty air. The impellers have backward curved blades with an high fluid dynamic efficiency with low noise level.

Suitable for all applications with medium-high capacity and medium-high pressure at the same time.

Particularly used in suction, flues extraction, drying systems and material conveyance on suction.

Ferrari Industrial fan FQ series are suitable for the dedusting and filtering industry. With a full line of mechanical dust collectors and filter systems. Ferrari industrial filtering fans are designed for clean air, to control and eliminate massive particle loads from entering into the airstream. Ferrari Industrial dedusting fans are used for exhausting clean filtered air out of the system whether it is sawdust, metal scraps, or welding smoke.

FR-N
Specifications:     V = 0,2 ÷ 100 m3/s     Pt = 300 ÷ 3500 Pa

Industrial fan/ industrial blower: For the conveyance of clean or light dusty air. High efficiency impellers with backward curved blades. Suitable for high capacity at low pressure.

Particularly used in civil and industrial conditioning systems, ceramic and brick drying sytems, cereal storage bins aeration, warehouses, painting systems, tanks with solvents. As a roof fan the TFR series would be used.
MEC-N
Specifications:     V = 0,2 ÷ 60 m3/s     Pt = 700 ÷ 5000 Pa

Industrial fan/ industrial blower: For the pneumatic conveyance of dust laden air. Closed impellers with backward curved blades.

Suitable for all applications where the flow through the fan consists of solid material of small-medium dimensions, with the exclusion of fibrous materials.

Particularly used for the conveyance of sawdust, short wooden chips and plastic materials but also suction, fumes extraction, drying system and chemical plants.

VCM-N
Specifications:     V = 0,1 ÷ 60 m3/s     Pt = 1000 ÷ 20000 Pa

FRX-N
Specifications:     V = 0,2 ÷ 100 m3/s     Pt = 300 ÷ 3500 Pa

This fan is the same as the FR series, the FRX has the bonus feature of an adjustable pedestal, this allows you to change the motor on the fan without having to buy a whole new fan.

Industrial fan/ industrial blower: For the conveyance of clean or light dusty air. High efficiency impellers with backward curved blades. Suitable for high capacity at low pressure.

FC/FE/FG-P and FA-R
Specifications:     V = 0,02 ÷ 10 m3/s     Pt = 1000 ÷ 22000 Pa

Industrial fan/ industrial blower: For the conveyance of fluids, even very dirty, at high pressure.

Impellers with forward positive blades except for FA series which has radial blades. Suitable for all applications with a high ratio between developed pressure and flow rate.

Suitable for conditioning, suction, drying system, pressurizing, pneumatic conveyance and forced draughts.

For the cement industry, Ferrari high pressure cement industry fan FC, FE, FG/P series, provides cement fans which play a key role in heating the meal to extreme temperatures in the cement clinker and then to cool the clinker with id fans in the cement plant. The clinker then has gypsum and fly ash added and is moved into the cement mill to be ground into the final product. The process of crushing rocks utilises this series of fans in cement plants for dedusting and air filtration.

FE/FC/FG/FI/FP-N

PFM/PFB/PFE
Specifications:     V = 0,5 ÷ 40 m3/s     Pt = 200 ÷ 5000 Pa

Industrial fan/ industrial blower: Plug fans are designed for use where a space saving is required.

In every application for moving large volumes of (proper or lightly dust laden) air with low pressure inside ovens, booths plenums.

This series of fans uses impellers with backward curved blades which have an high efficiency.

They are supplied without casing and provided on request of an insulated plug panel and cooling disk for use with hot air.

K/KA/KB/KC/KM
Specifications:     V = 0,01 ÷ 15 m3/s Pt = 600 ÷ 18000 Pa

Industrial fan/ industrial blower: For the pneumatic conveyance of really dusty air with high amont of solid particles suspended in the air. Open impellers with radial or forward blades.

Suitable for all applications where closed impellers tend to get clogged in the conveyance of fibrous materials.

Particularly used in textile industries, woodworks, tanneries, plastic materials processing, tobacco industries, foundries and paper mill. High pressure Ferrari textile fans are used for pneumatic transportation of bale, for waste recovery and provide safe working environment to workers. All mechanical parts and elements of this series are assembled in order to avoid any vibration.
